We can help by giving the unit a full diagnostic check to see if your appliance is worth the repair. If at that point you choose not to have any work done, or the unit is not repairable, you would just be responsible for the diagnostic fee or service call.

How much will it cost?

This is likely the most common question we get asked, but unfortunately we can’t give a specific answer on this FAQ page. When you call us and let us know what type of issues your appliance is having we can offer you an estimate on what the total price may be. We can give you a quote once we inspect the appliance and determine what the issue is.

Will my appliance be fixed the same day?

All of our technicians have trucks stocked with 95% of the current, fast – moving parts. We do this to be able to fix your appliance the same day. Although we stock as many parts as we can on our trucks, occasionally we do have to order parts from our distributors, which sometimes can take one to five business days.
